人居环境 ： 新型城镇化围绕“新型城镇化建设”主题展开，邀请业内专家参与话题讨论，探讨当下社会语境下城乡建设与发展的话题，为全国的设计企业提供参考，推动行业发展。重在解决相关行业如何通过自身的蜕变和转型保护生态本底而不是断送绿色生境，如何善待文化而不是肆意篡改等社会热门问题。在十八大会议上，李克强总理提出了“新四化”即工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化的国家战略发展目标。新型城镇化，将成为中国经济增长和社会发展的强大引擎。新型城镇化众望所归，全国各地已经如火如荼。为了避免现实与目标的背道而驰，必须清醒地认识到中国富源辽阔、各地的生态、经济、社会、文化千差万别，面临的机遇和挑战也各自不同。大中城市发展的惨痛经验和教训历历在目，因此，绝不能再采取均质的目标、策略、路径等克隆和复制的手段来断送广大乡村的青山绿水、美丽乡愁和文化之根。规划设计是城乡建设发展的龙头，规划设计和景观设计如何面对全新课题，通过自身的蜕变和转型保护生态本底而不是断送绿色生境？如何善待文化而不是肆意篡改？如何克服地产和土地财政的惯性和惰性去塑造诗意的栖居？
