《中医名词术语英译国际标准化比较研究》根据作者30多年来对中医基本名词术语英译的原则、标准和方法的探讨并结合国内外学者的研究，对世界卫生组织（WorldHealth 0rganization）西太区（Western Pacific RegionOffice）和世界中医药学会联合会（Wortd Federation of ChineseMedicine Societies）2007年分别颁布的《西太区传统医学术语国际标准》（0nternational StandardTerminologies on TraditionalMed5Cine in the Western PacificRegion）和《中医基本名词术语中英对照国际标准》（InternationalS十andard Chinese EnglishBasic Nomenclature of ChineseMedicine）所收录的中医基本名词术语进行了系统的比较研究，资料详实，分析客观。《中医名词术语英译国际标准化比较研究》以世界卫生组织西太区颁布的标准为基础，以世界中医药学会联合会颁布的标准为指导，对中医基本名词术语英译的原则与方法及其国际标准化的方法与策略进行了较为深入的分析研究，可供国内外中医英译工作者、中医院校师生、中医工作者和中西医结合工作者参考。
